Not prosecuting simple drug possession... I can see that. Those cases are a drain on the system to not much good end, generally speaking. Last time I checked, however, burglary was a felony.... the first paragraph of the article notes it as a misdemeanor. And if it is actually true that the District Attorney won't be prosecuting burglary, CoCo County is going to become a burglar's paradise and no one's home is going to be safe.
