No, it is 'who'. Use 'whom' when there is action - to who, with whom, from whom, etc.

Pulled into the campground just west of Omaha this afternoon, about 2 p.m. PDT. Making good time. The dog is taking to the tent well. He will hate the kennel in PA, but such is life.

Arrived Terra Haute IN ca 1930 lima. No problems so far except the dog being frightened by fireworks last night. Saw some spectacular displays by lightening bugs in Omaha.
