So, Barack thinks no one is paying attention, though I am sure that the progressives/liberals/neo-socialists could really care less, so long as their candidate gets the job.
Barack claims he worked his way through college and law school. LIAR. You only held two summer jobs Barack, by your own admission in your book and through your campaign spokesman, Tommy Vietor, who said, "He only held the two jobs I told you about." Those were summer jobs, one in construction and one in Chicago Law Firm as an associate, and both for only one summer.
Now, who in their right mind thinks you can earn enough off of two jobs to pay for both college and law school?
If lying is a major concern to any democrat, as it seems to be in the case of George W. Bush, then how can you vote for Barack and not call yourself a hypocrite?

Hmm should I vote for the Militant looking man / boy of Mixed African and Caucasian Heritage(although you wouldn't know this if he didn't tell you not cause of his skin....cause of his ATTITUDE CLEARLY Seen in this photo-Black and Proud and every other day he opens his mouth -nothing wrong with that being proud of who you are is good just seems to me he isn't so outspokenly proud to be part Caucasian) Who can't seem to keep his lies straight any longer...are we surprised? OR Do I vote for THE MAN standing PROUDLY in the uniform of the American Armed Services.... People can change though.....right? Funny part is ALL the B. Hussein supporters will run in here and say this or that about how this is past history. RIGHT Like GWB's Alcohol issues or alleged Cocaine use......that has been beaten into everyones heads ad-nauseum.

So what did Barack do by the time he was 30? McCain had graduated from Annapolis, completed flight school, trained pilots and (at 30) volunteered for a combat assignment with the fleet. He flew over 20 missions before he was shot down and managed to survive sitting in a parked aircraft on USS Forrestal when it was hit in the undercarried fuel tank by a rocket set off accidently. You can see some of the video of the event here.If you full screen the image you should be able to see then LCDR McCain crawl out across the nose of the burning aircraft and drop into the burning fuel. According to the after action reports written at the time (long before McCain ever thought about running for office), he got out of the fire and then made an effort to rally an effective firefighting response from crewmen near him. About a minute and 30 seconds after the fire started the 1000 lb. bombs under his aircraft cooked off, followed by nine others over the course of the next two hours. In that situation fighting the fires was an all hands operation, especially so since nearly all of the cadre of dedicated firefighters was killed in the initial series of detonations, and McCain was in the thick of it. And while I see the left busily peeing all over McCain for his finish of 894 in a class of 899 at Annapolis, he was noted back then as a friend and leader for many of his classmates, and sometimes stood up for people who were being bullied. He did quite well academically in the subjects he found interest in and studied well enough to pass those which did not interest him. How many of us, as students, have done the same thing? By the time he was 30 Barack had: ** Graduated Columbia University, after spending two years in JuCo. ** Worked in public interest groups and was a community organizer ** Graduated cum laude from Harvard Law (at 30).

Bloverk: "Now, who in their right mind thinks you can earn enough off of two jobs to pay for both college and law school?"
Maybe he won a scholarship or received a grant.

you're totally missing the point.

Now, I realize this thread is an attempt to bring down a "man", not a "boy" from becoming our next president by taking away his accomplishments. The fact that he can move a crowd, become a senator of US Congress and now in position to live in the WH has some people so scared, and why, I don't know. They seemed fit to accept an i*dio*t who supposedly had an impressionable resume via his family with no question. They seemed to believe every lie...hook, line & sinker. (not that he's running again) No one is questioning McCain's service as a US citizen and no one should question Obama's service as a civilian or as a US citizen.
No, Obama is no special man.....no one is, but I'm ready to say good-bye to what is being offered from the Republicans, who seem fit to keep the status quo as is.....and that is unacceptable unless you like being in a recession.

when i say boy i mean it as a way of saying he is but a rookie in the game of life. i'm so glad to know that the primary qualification for the presidency among liberals is the "ability to move a crowd." that opens the door to lots of people. you say no one is questioning mccain's service as a citizen and by that i suppose you mean no one should questions obama's, right? wrong! everyone should question any candidate about everything! the problem you have is with the answers to the questions. you can't handle the fact that obama has a muddy record of patriotism and citizenship (lest we mention michelle here). you don't like the fact that his resume is as shorter than a freshly graduated college kid who worked at mcdonald's during his summers. you're right, obama is no special man. that's for sure. and as far as the republicans are concerned i didn't know the republicans had a dog in this race. mccain is certainly not a true-to-life republican in my book but he is a far cry better than obama. you are so worried about the "recession." if obama is sworn in you are going to see some of the worst economy since the carter days. you can't tax a nation into prosperity. it can't be done!

Maybe some of you Obama supporters want to weigh in on your candidate's latest reversal. Even though Sen. Obama spent his time during the primaries telling everyone who would listen that he would get our soldiers out of Iraq in 16 months, hhe has now reversed himself and says that he will let the generals weigh in on an appropriate timetable.
The best part is, when the press jumps on the fact that this is yet another reversal from the neophyte presidential candidate, Obama says "The tactics of how we ensure our troops are safe as we pull out, how we execute the withdrawal -- those are things that are all based on facts and conditions. I'm not somebody who, like George Bush, is willing to ignore facts on the basis of my preconceived notions. I want to pay attention to what is happening on the ground."
Earth to Obama: GW Bush is not running again.

Personally, I see Obama's change of thinking as a good thing. He is getting all the facts and has the troops' welfare in mind. If that is a reversal in mind set, it is a good one!

Obama said 16 months to win the Democratic nomination, and now he is changing his tune because he knows that position will NEVER win the White House. He is a superb politician. He may just fool enough people to win.
