So, maybe they just lacked the love it takes to stay together through thick and thin, ups/downs. It may have been just a show and had nothing to do with hers/his needs at all. You are absolutely correct, it could have been. Which makes it even more of a tragedy.

how about this thought: who cares? Actually, I don't care about the relationship too much. But, the reporting of it is openly biased. That is what I care about. Men are not dogs, as we are portrayed.

Bolverk, I like your response. So many people get involved in relationships without realizing that men and women have different needs, and can't figure out why the relationship falls apart. Women like to talk out their problems/feelings only to be validated, or heard, and men tend to want to fix whatever it is that has upset them. Yes, I know I'm generalizing, but sound familiar? Yep.
