I was doing some idle reserach on another project and came across this MP3 recording at the Vincent Voice Library of Michigan State University. It was recorded many, many years ago, but sounds eerily contemporary to our situation today.
As I listen to the speech I think of what could be with a truly compelling candidate, conveying a strong message that really resonates with the conservative base. I would never expect such a speech from Senator Obama, and I wish to heaven that I could expect it from Senator McCain.
