SRPD and city government can deny it, spin it or hide it all they want to but the fact remains that they have a distinct and festering gang problem. The incidences are spread out over time, and each is carefully minimized so as to avoid embarrassment that:
a) They don't control their own streets.
b) Measure O was a pig in a poke.
Petaluma is little better although our denier police chief is at least retiring and taking his stuck in the sand brain with him.

Curfew!!! No one under 21 years of age allowed out on the streets after 9:30 P.M.

Does anyone recognize, "Tongue In Cheek"? Aw, What the heck. I'm noted for saying things that only Mink, or Saunterelle etc. may understand. The others wouldn't recognize anything I
say because they must criticize the name not the post.
Of course any fool, including me, knows 18 yrs is the standard age for Curfew, and the hour is 2:30PM.
