When did Saddam's actions with the Kurds upset you? It seems we pick and choose when to accept/reject killing. Regarding the fountain, the region has a history of killing each other.....some we defend....then some we don't.....and encourage some to wallow in their fortunes (as we prosper form it)...and others we deny because they reject us.
