It's a shame that violence is so ingrained in American culture. Guns, and gun violence, should not be celebrated. Perhaps that is part of the reason we have more gun deaths than all other industrialized nations combined.

Tell you what, you get ALL the thugs in the world to play nice, ALL of them, and then we can all play nice. Think of it as "Freedom Insurance." oh, wait. You don't want freedom. You want to wait until the State tells you what to do. By the way, you never PMed me about how much you make so I can figure out what you need to send to me to make things "fair." ADDED: And then, after you get all the thugs to play nice and stop rapeing, robbing, murdering, and beating, we will be able to use our firearms for only sporting purposes.

what really strikes me in a thread titled "good things about our republic" is that santurelle, much like his hero "dear leader" can't seem to utter one good thing about our republic. everything out of their mouths in negative.
if it sucks so bad to be here let me be the first to invite them to leave. this is not the former soviet union. this is not the former east berlin. we don't have fences and armed guards to keep you in. pack a bag and find a better place. send us a postcard when you have time.

Take a look at the thread started by Big Dog about the violent, gun free UK. Our murder rate, in #/100k isn't all that much higher than theirs.

Weak ass example, castrati.
Don't you mean "idiot NASCAR types that don't see that they are too stupid to wipe their butts" carrying guns?

If she had not gotten a conceiled weapons permit, she would not have had a gun, and the woman next to her would not have been shot. If restrictions are eased, you will see many more incidents like this one.

When restrictions are eased(as they are now)you will see much less violent crime.
Check the stats in "shall issue" states. You'll hate the results.
Just say it: people are too stupid to protect themselves, they need the Government to do it for them.
It's a lot to ask, but be honest for once.
