I'm not sure what was going on, but at the corner of Old REdwood Hwy/Lakewood Ave in Windsor today were students from Windsor High School holding up their own made signs encouraging the public to "Go Green".
I just want to say "KUDOS"!!!! Imagine, high school students on a Friday, after school spending their time in this fashion??!!
WAY TO GO GUYS & GALS!!!

Can it be that China will go Green too? HMMMMMM. Pretty soon the only people against the Greenies will be a few people on this Forum. HMMMM.
Oh yes, I read it somewhere. So have you.

Conflating anthropogneic global warming with stewardship of resources again, are we? Yes, let's all switch to China-built CFLs, produced in some of the dirtiest plants around. And switch to elecric cars, which rely on batteries that can't be built in the US because of the ecological damage, the 'dead zone', if you will, the factories cause. Let's all just rush headlong and frantically 'do something' rather than doing it right.

Oh, China will see the Light. A few here won't... Oh Yeah, it takes time to catch up. There is no magic wand that will change China overnight, but to just hear them "Bend" toward "Going Green" is a big step in the right direction. ;D
Just a thought, I wonder who makes CFL's for GE?
