Get the guy the help he needs to get rid of the ghosts. Give him the rifle back (I know, he violated regs to bring it back in the first place - don't make him more accountable than the brass is). The guy did his part. He is less of a danger than Migden is in her state provided car (or from the amount of damage done to the cars we the people so generously provice to our legislators, he is safer than a good number of them). And drop the charges against him. There is no need for them.
