The govinator strikes again with another revelation. This state hasn't two nickles to rub together and this asshat wants to pay Mexico to build a prison

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger today suggested the state could contract with the Mexican government to house the estimated 20,000 undocumented immigrants incarcerated in California.
Schwarzenegger said the state could “pay them to build the prison down in Mexico” and said such a prison could be built and operated at half the cost of what it would require in California.

How about sending them to a needy African nation to spend their time in prisons built by America. This could help the Africans, and America at the same time. WTH, why not?

It would be cheaper to build the prison in Mexico and ship all of the illegal immigrant prisoners there, that to pay the prison guards in California to watch them. Watch the prison guards union kill this proposal.
