Despite all of the rhetoric about global warming climate change and the need to shift away from carbon-based energy sources, this article, from the San Diego Union-Tribune shows that we are not really serious about implementing a post-carbon economy: Why aren't all of the green power advocates rushing into the argument and getting the Indians to drop their complaint? Can't the Indians understand that green power is much more important that any claimed tribal rights? Who here thinks this project will ever get built?

Isn't that the same solar field that Diane Feinstein nixed because it would disrupt the mating habits of the tse tse fly or...oh wait, that's another continent....it may have been the mating habits of a microscopic something or other...meanwhile the stampede of illegals is left free of any interference by our leaders, only a dead Border Patrol agent now and then to detour their path.
