The Blog Obama Lies While Accusing the Romney Campaign of Lying 4:51 PM, Sep 1, 2012 • By MARK HEMINGWAY If you want a near perfect encapsulation of how the Obama campaign is leaning on incompetent partisans masquerading as "independent" media fact checking organizations to do their dirty work, I strongly encourage you to read today's article in the New York Times, "Obama Team Sharpens Attacks on Rivals’ Character." While the article is a far too credulous regarding the fact checker response to Paul Ryan's speech, it does contain this gem: Mr. Obama this week, for the first time, entered the fray. Campaigning on Tuesday on college campuses in Iowa and Colorado, he told thousands of supporters not to believe the opposition’s attacks because, “how do I put this nicely? They will just fib.” On Wednesday in Charlottesville, Va., he ramped up his complaint, winning applause from the estimated 6,500 people. “Sometimes they just make things up. But they’ve got a bunch of folks who can write $10 million checks, and they’ll just keep on running them,” he said. “I mean, somebody was challenging one of their ads — they made it up — about work and welfare. And every outlet said this is just not true. And they were asked about it and they said — one of their campaign people said, ‘We won’t have the fact-checkers dictate our campaign. We will not let the truth get in the way.’” Mr. Obama was referring, as many other critics of the Romney campaign have, to a comment that its pollster, Neil Newhouse, made to reporters at the Republican convention on Tuesday, dismissive of those faulting the campaign’s television ads. What Mr. Newhouse actually said was, “These fact-checkers come to those ads with their own sets of thoughts and beliefs. We’re not going to let our campaign be dictated by fact-checkers.” Mr. Newhouse did not say, “We will not let the truth get in the way.” Emphasis added. According to the New York Times, the president appears to be lying in the process of accusing the Romney campaign of lying. It will be interesting to see if media fact checkers attempt to spin this statement. www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obama-lies-while-accusing-romney-campaign-lying_651431.html

Obama is the one who "makes things up", and expects everyone to believe it because it comes from his mouth. He has been doing that all of his life, and according to people who have known his for a long time he has not changed. He has always just spouted things and demand people believe him, without a fact one to back up what he says. So, it's pretty easy for him to accuse others of doing what he does. To him that's normal.
Read "The Amateur" by Edward Klein. Obama is a narcissist and has never suffered from lack of believing he can accomplish whatever he decides to do. (too bad he has failed at everything so far). Obama believes in Obama. Obama has no sense of loyalty, so he will proceed according to his own voices and only when pushed by Valerie Jarrett or Michelle in another direction does he vary from his path.
Valerie Jarrett and Michelle Obama are the real power behind the empty suit (or chair, as Clint would say)

Actually, I watch the YouTube of Eastwoods speech after Coursey describing it as rambling.
That sketch was right of of early Bob Newharts routine with a telephone and the pauses and stammers were right on the mark.
To bad Progressives can't see good comedy because of the blinders put on them.

The real, but tragic, comedy is watching Obama shuffle around still trying to sell his snake oil and no one is listening. He loves the sound of his own voice, (according to people who know and used to support him), but that voice has become the sound of loud, obnoxious brass. Empty.
The man relies on Valerie Jarrett to tell him which way to bend, and she is certainly not qualified to be president any more than Obozo is. Two fools leading America....how pathetic. No wonder the rest of the world is laughing at America. It's going to take a lot to get America back in a respectable place, thanks to Obama and his band of merry fools.

Actually one thing does give me "hope": the fact that even the Liberals on this forum have nothing to say in defense of that shrill, thin-skinned, screaming empty suit/chair. By now they have begun to understand what Obama really isn't....a leader. He had no experience to take on the most powerful job in the world and he refuses to learn. He believes the hype that was fed to him to boost his already inflated ego and thinks he is the black messiah. In his mind he can do no wrong and even if he does, he thinks (wrongly) that he will still be adored and worshiped simply because he "is".
Well, there is hope yet. We don't see any defenders here, and indeed around the web the ones who still drink the kool-aid are fading back into the woodwork because the finally "got it". Obama is a fake, an empty suit/chair and to keep him in the White House a day longer than his first/only term is backing a dead horse. His hour is done. He has almost killed America and it's time he was sent packing.
