I make a gravy from the water and fat from my ground bison for my dog.
Ground pepper really helps the turmic, a 1,000 fold.
A heaping tablespoon full of milled flax seed, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, and another curium mixed real well dry put it on a cooked egg, cut up a fish oil pill. After that I hand full of dry kibble, 4 breakfast.
I do the same thing without the bison oil and water from my ground bison burger once a week. I have started using the Celtic sea salt also for both of us.
Ollie the cocker is over at grandpa's, grandpa sitting.
Another hot spice is cayenne Pepper for heart health.
Was laid out in bed with a bad lower back, checked my PH it was low 6 to a 5 to much sugar. Got on the organic apple cider vinegar in two days I can move again without the pain across the tramp stamp area and the leg wanted to buckle from under me. I felt it slowly coming on in the hips.
GONE!
