Obama seeks "fuller understanding" of what happened in Algeria siege

I think I understand it's OK to kill anyone at a embassy as it belongs to a country and they have no sovereign rights anymore. (one is all and all is one) If it's a big business that's not OK to murder, and needs more understanding natives just going postal.
