High Speed Rail Should Stay in Central Bakersfield

The project stated it had to be electrified, now changed to standard rail. All funds need to be banked and no Government Subsidies.

Court case will be heard the last day in May in Sacramento. Sounds like it has failed to the wording in proposal that was passed.
