What part of Canada would they be from? The ones I knew all had accents. They were from all over in Canada. It was a big company, you may have seen their products: one being the camera of the infamous OJ Simpson car chase and those cool shots of the luge (sp) at the Olympics and then there was the one on C-Span of the skyball when the Predator was shot down in Afghanistan. I didn't know one Canadian without an accent. So wait wait wait.......Saunterelle posts a video FROM excuse my language please..f**k**g AL JAZEERA. You don't say boo. In fact you go on to agree....LOL @ YOU. Fox news shows a Canadian that doesn't have an accent..and you cry foul. WOW wow wow.... Many Canadians don't I travel to BC every year for the last 15 years. In the west coast of Canada hardly any talk like you wish they did...A little um not so PC...to think ALL Canadians sound like strange brew....isn't it?

Which video did I post from Al Jazeera? As a matter of fact, Al Jazeera is MUCH more fair and balanced than Fox News. I wouldn't be surprised if that "Canadian" was planted by Fox.

From the Wikipedia link you provided:
The original Al Jazeera channel's willingness to broadcast dissenting views, including on call-in shows, created controversies in Persian Gulf States.
It is widely believed internationally that inhabitants of the Arab world are given limited information by their governments and media, and that what is conveyed is biased towards the governments' views.[6] Many people see Al Jazeera as a more trustworthy source of information than government and foreign channels. Some scholars and commentators use the notion of contextual objectivity,[5] which highlights the tension between objectivity and audience appeal, to describe the station's controversial yet popular news approach.[15] As a result, it is probably the most watched news channel in the Middle East. Increasingly, Al Jazeera's exclusive interviews and other footage are being rebroadcast in American, British, and other western media outlets such as CNN and the BBC. In January 2003, the BBC announced that it had signed an agreement with Al Jazeera for sharing facilities and information, including news footage.[16] Al Jazeera is now considered by some to be a fairly mainstream media network, though more controversial than most. In the United States as of 2006, video footage from the network carried by other stations was largely limited to video segments of hostages.
As of 2007, the Arabic Al Jazeera channel rivals the BBC in worldwide audiences with an estimated 40 to 50 million viewers.[17] Al Jazeera English has an estimated reach of around 100 million households.[18]
So would you prefer that people in the Middle East were only shown one viewpoint and had no independent channels to turn to that showed dissenting views? Sounds like you're the fascist. And that's exactly what we'd have if Fox News was our only option. Imagine...

I never said ANYTHING about Fox being the only outlet.
Typical put words or thoughts in my mouth I never said.
And calling me fascist because I don't like the idea of OBL being able to spew his Islamo-radical propaganda to the Islamo Lunatic masses in the Middle East.
Is plain childish, but what I would expect.

Our news stations show OBL's video's too, do they not?
I was simply pointing out to you that Al Jazeera is more fair and balanced than Fox News. And I've succeeded in doing that.

honestly, santurelle. have you ever watched al jazeera? of course you haven't. most people who have and have an open mind (this may exclude you) know that while al jazeera is far more open and fair than what middle easterners were used to they still are very anti-western. they have a huge audience across europe because there are so many muslim immigrants in europe (errr, i mean eurabia). they don't hold a candle to FOX and i would even go as far as to watch CNN, MSNBC, or CBS before I would believe anything on al jazeera. you have been appropriately smitten for saying that al jihad (al jazeera) is more fair and balanced than FOX. that statement is idiotic. especially coming from someone who watches neither FOX or al jazeera, right santurelly?

Fox tries to snuff out any differing opinion while Al Jazeera shows all sides. It may seem "anti-western" to Americans but I guarantee you that most of our news stations seem anti-Arab to Arabs and anti-Muslim to Muslims. Especially Fox News.

As a matter of fact, Al Jazeera is MUCH more fair and balanced than Fox News. Really? Seems to me that Barack mentioned recently that he found the Fox News coverage (not the commentary) of him to be fair and balanced. I believe it was in the interview he gave O'Reilly. Y'all need to remember that there is supposed to be a line between news reporting and commentary, although NBC News, MSNBC and (often) CNN blur that line considerably... sometimes to the point of invisibility. Whether you love them or you hate them Fox is very much definitive on what is news reporting and what is opinion/punditry. I observe that the above statement from the Wikipedia article is not footnoted. Now why would that be?

Only on Fox News........sigh Go figure!? Don't get me wrong, I worked alongside Canadians and I love them! They are good people, but come on, this is Fox and very biased, so she could have been from anywhere in the country (USA) .......psych! Ahhhhhh haaaaa haaaaa haaa haa... oh man that is rich. Attack the station without addressing what she said. Typical blind Democrat. Fox is biased alright, towards the truth. Like ABC, NBC and CBS are the pillars of media truthfulness, ahhhhh haaaa haaaa haa. If that were true, Fox News would not even exist. The bias of the big three is what gave Fox News the ability to become so big, because they present both sides, something no Democrat ever wants to hear. Including you.

And CNN / MSNBC are NOT??? MSNBC is so far to the left that one is lucky to see anything but a soft conservative in a debate. CNN is getting better (more balance than a few years ago), but is still on the left. The point is only on FOX would anyone give Bush credit ....for anything. So how many bombs fell on your house since our 9/11 response? Five, ten, twenty or more? How many terrorist attacks have occurred on our soil since 9/11? One, two, four or more? Why don't you check the numbers in the previous Democrat Administration. We had more then twice the number of terrorist attacks on our soil under that administration. So tell me, why won't you admit that G.W. Bush kept this country safe? Because you are a propagandist Democrat, that's why.
