Yes, let's give the right of habeas corpus to all of them. They can go join one who was released recently by a federal judge that went right to Mosul, strapped a bomb to himself and blew up a bunch of innocent Iraqis.

What laws did he pass, Mink? I seem to recall that a whole bunch of 'progressives' (well, I think they were still calling themselves liberals then) gave a big congressional OKEY-DOKEY to it at the time.
And I can't quite equate the treatment of non-militatry combatants taken in while bearing arms against the US or its allies in a war zone to the 'progressive' capons trying to limit my 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, and 14th amendment rights. I would like to hear from you how it is the same thing.
Is your answer to everything to just blame Bush for it?

Oh and did you notice how she just changed the topic from flag burning and freedom of expression to bashing bush? If any of us had done a change of direction like that, she would have been telling us to stay on topic.

Well, it started off specifically on the thing in Redding with the school paper. Kind of wandered a bit. You threw in the obligatory and gratuitous bash at bush on a matter that really has nothing at all to do with what started this thread. In the past when conservatives have made a turn like that and introduced something with which you disagree, you tell us to get back on topic (MOM!).
