This is far-fetched, that is for sure. How could the doctor deem her in good mental health to take on this energy filled life?!!

Kids do take a ton of energy to raise for sure, and at 70 I can't see how she (the mother) will be able to keep up. To me the worst part is the child will probably not know the parents very well since they will likely be deceased before the child is 10, and if not deceased too old to care for it.
