The new furniture arrived this Saturday. It had pencil marks, scuffs, bad leather and a few other flaws. I rejected it and had it returned. I am demanding all my money back, and I am going elsewhere for my furniture. This was the final straw.

Yep, they charge a 30% restocking fee JMO. But I won't pay it if they attempt to saddle me with it.

Bolverk, I would call corporate headquarters, go to the top dog and diplomatically complain with fervor. I wouldn't waste anymore time with the pipsqueaks at the store. You should not be charged for the incompetent service, and damaged products that you've received from Ashley. Completely unacceptable!
If charges aren't reversed I would maybe go to Michael Finney at ABC, channel 7. Just a thought.
