i don't really have a dog in this fight so i don't really care who wins. if i had to pick i think i'd take pittsburgh and i do think they will win it.
in recent years i usually just watch for the commercials. hopefully, we will get a repeat of last year and have great commercials and a great game.
have fun, everyone!

WEll, the commercials have been so-so. Kind of liked the Potato Heads. And the Sobe at the end of the first half.
The last play of the first half was one HELLUVA play! DAY-UM!

well, the game turned out to be a doozy right down to the wire!
the commercials were as you said, so-so. the bud lights weren't nearly as good as past years. i did get a kick out of the cash4gold.com with ed mcmahon and m.c. hammer.
i also got a giggle watching kurt warner act like a crybaby near the end. i've never like the guy since he snubbed my kids trying to get his autograph at the 2001 pro bowl. all the other guys were great except him. what a putz.

Yeah, the last few minutes were interesting.
The gold hip replacement was a good line. Also Cokes spoof on its Mean Joe Greene commercial. And Cokes new Insects stealing the coke.
Some were really bad. Pepsi and the take off on McGyver. And I have no idea who, but the lady pulling into a parking space and screaming, then cut to a guy in a cubical and the boss calling him stupid. replay, and add a layer. No idea what that was all about.
Oh, and whoever that was that butchered the National Anthem should be hung, drawn and quartered. I've heard a few worse, but not many.

Overall, a great game, because of a great finish. Too many yellow hankies for my taste on calls that were not "obvious" penalties. but I don't think they affected the outcome. It sucked that so many close calls decided the game, even if they were called right in the end (the final fumble by Warner) I always like a cleaner resolution where no one can claim they were wronged. But... without a rooting interst, I was happy with it.
As for commercials, the first Doritos spot was my favorite, and another Doritos spot was also quite good. Doritos gets my prize. Cash4Gold was pretty good, so over the top. It appears that a lot of people are falling for that scam if they could afford the ad. Oh my...

I was happy the Steelers won, but happier that the game was somewhat close in the second half......I love a game that keeps you at the edge of your seat!
The commerical I liked was the Coke/insect, but then again, I missed alot of them.
I enjoyed the halftime show with the Boss and the E Street Band. Just made you want to get up and dance~ they rocked!

I thought the Budweiser commercial with the 2 horses in love was cute.
I hate Budweiser though, and wouldn't buy their product regardless of their ads.
I'm a microbrew type of person.

I ignored the halftime show. I dislike Mr. Springstone. I did drink microbrews throughout the game. Okay, throughout the day!

I hear ya on that Surefire. Any of the Clydsdale commercials gets my attention. They are usually very well done.
I think you can go to hulu.com or NFL.com and see all of them agian if you want. I don't want.

Oh, and the nerd in my was mildly intested in the TOS Star Trek remake movie that was shown after the Bud commercial.
Although I'm sure it won't be as good as the original...

yeah, the doritos commercial whre the guy hits the boss in the nuts with the snow globe was good. so was the bud light meeting whrere they toss the guy out the window. also the conan obrian one was kinda funny too. i guess there were a few funny ones but not real memorable ones like in years past. hulu and nbc do have the commercials.
