The $787 billion Stimulus Bill, which is one of the most partisan bills in history, was finally passed on Friday, February 13, 2009. Prophetic date isn’t it? This 1,434 page bill was chock full of special interests, many of which are just coming to light.

* $87 billion for states to be channeled through the Medicaid program to provide medical insurance to low-income Americans.
