Did you get that? Out of fifty states we are ranked number 47 in freedom for our citizens. Did you get that, California is ranked 47th on the Freedom Index for Freedom in the States.

And the call this State a liberal utopia. Well, it is. This is exactly what liberals want, cradle to grave care. The only choice you get is when you are pregnant, so men get no choice. Freedom is so limited that you cannot even speak your mind without fear of retaliation. Liberty is completely off of the table these days as the passing of more and more sales taxes attest, rather then curbing the spending that is slaying us.

Yep, good old California, time to take you back?

The lack of Border control began in1964 Congress closing the 1943 immigrant farm worker law, in essence nobody watching or seems to care). This became part of the National Security needs after 9-11. The border is still wide open. Both ways. Radioactive material, small amount but environmentally protected has been moved both ways across the Mexico border without detection. Done by a citizen testing the border.

Farm works, mostly illegal aliens, on large Corporate farms use this opportunity to gain legal privileges. A SS card (purchased and illegal) Drivers licence (fraud) becomes the ticket to citizenship rights.

Most illegal aliens work for a sub-contractor of the farmer. There are a number that have permanent (10 + month) jobs directly employed by the farmer. This government SNAFU could easily be fix by any person that knows how to read.

Loss of Liberty-freedom is a reflection of where government intends to go. Progressive anything (Adolf H. was a progressive) will become a dictatorship.

The most recent pictorial of the violence in Mexico along our border is the reward for not securing the border. The 9-11 commission expressed the two items: Border security, and an Identification system, individual to the state, that had information that is usalble in every state (at one time vehicle code differances within the states was like a flea market). There never was a one-sided need to make a National ID card. Who-What-Where-When-Why is the basic drivers licence data. Some states do not require much of anything. In 1787 when a citizen went to the court house to validate his farm contract, the person that took the information knew citizen farmer. An acquaintance immigrated legally from Romania in 1991. A very skilled mechanist that now has his own business. It tool thousands of $ of legal fees and 11 years to gain citizenship. In his time to gain citizenship he was out of work less than 2 weeks. The intentional congressional act of removing immigrant farm labor law, has in part created the INS inability to do their job.

ATF - alcohol tobacco-fire arms is and has been hog tied by political wind. The current S. border SNAFU is being compounded by moving ATF agents to this Mexico problem. Robing Peter to pay Paul will bite the hand feeding it. These agents are now not allowed to do their primary function of ATF in the local communities. The Cartel is dominated by AK 47's. Not legal semi auto's that we legal citizens may purchase. These weapons that are pronounced in the media are caches being developed by the Cartel and issued to new citizen recruits-militia (kind of like the war lords of Mogadishu in 1993).

Liberty and the loss of freedom in California is not an overnight event. This has been a gradual erosion allowed by the citizens that have been too busy doing their life. Politicians - Universities/school have effectively hornswaggled me. Thirty-forth years ago I saw it happening (required poly-sci brainwashing in 13+ education) but 'figured' nothing so evil would survive but fail on common sense values.
