Geez...I remember when she broke on the CAS scene way back when.
"Randi graduates from Northern Colorado State in Greeley with a degree in Marketing May 9th. She will graduate with a 3.5 gpa in four years even with all the time off traveling and shooting for the Glock Shooting Team. She also attended several Cowboy Action matches each year. She worked to pay her own way through school with very little help.
She was offered and accepted a position in the Marketing Department at Glock in GA. She starts in July. She will continue to shoot for Glock in addition to her duties in the Marketing Department.
She is marying her high school boyfriend Keith here in Durango June 6th. The will move to GA. where she will start work and Keith will apply for a cop job to departments in the area.
She has won 10 Cowboy Action World Championships in a row as well as several National titles for Glock.
She is a hard worker, real smart, honest, makes good decisions and is a very nice person. I am very proud of her.
Just thought you should know CAS has helped put another good person on the road to success.
Grandpa Evil Roy "
Won her first competition at about the age of 12, so she must have started shooting much younger.
Yeah, gunz-r-bad, look at what a thug she turned out to be. And there are hundreds of thousands (more likely millions really - since a lot of us started shooting very young) of similar stories of kids starting young, being taught the basics, and through the shooting sports learn self respect, dignity, courtesy, and self discipline.
And yet, because of a statistical handful of thugs, people are trying to legislate away civil rights.
