WHY is this SERIOUS news?

Because you see BO CO-SPONSORED a law that PROTECTS IG's from EXACTLY what HE DID.

By law, Congress must be notified of any firing of Inspector Generals, the express exact reasons for that firing and it must be 30 days BEFORE THE INSPECTOR IS FIRED.

Obama's White House Counsel, Norman L. Eisen, put in a call to Mr. Walpin, ordering him to resign within one hour or he would be fired.

The White House response is to go ahead and proceed to illegally fire Mr. Walpin.
