Thanks for the perfect reply to Minks obvious dodge on the question. The point is really simple. You can outlaw guns, but you can't stop the ones who want to do these deeds.

So why not answer the question Mink, why shouldn't they outlaw Pipe and Chainsaws if they are used in senseless crimes?

It is simple really, when are they going to create waiting periods or out law the possession of pipe and chainsaws within 1,000 feet of a school?

After all, mixed together they are "weapons of mass destruction."

There is no reason to ban any of these items. England has banned guns, but it has not stopped gun deaths. So, in theory, they have a higher death rate per legal guns then we do. But, you never look at from that light, because you are biased against people exercising their second amendment rights because you are a statist hack.
