Just when we thought the stake had been driven deep into the heart of ACORN, word has surfaced that the defunding of ACORN had only been a temporary move by Congress to let the heat coll a bit before resuming bussiness with the Community Oraganizing group.
The ban enacted by Congress was only in effect for 30 days and that time runs out this Saturday.
More than likly, another extension ban will be issued carrying it to some time in December when Congress will have to vote on a permanent ban.

Another piece of legislation concerning ACORN involves Rep Maxine Waters and Rep. Barney Frank.
It seems that Rep Waters is repaying a debt to ACORN by wanting to include then a in a newly created Consumer Financial Protection Agency.
