FOIA, Palin, and The One.

The media gets what it wants...after a whole slew of FOIA filings to force the release of former Gov. Palin's emails they now get to winnow through them in the hopes of finding something to use to further smear her.

What I wonder is why they have not filed an equal number of FOIA requests for his , Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, University of Chicago scholarly articles, Illinois State Bar Association records, Illinois State Senate records/schedules(said to be lost)? And does anyone really believe that those IL State Senate records were lost? I mean, it was only from 97 to 04.

Why isn't the alphabet media hounding him the way they did Bush, and still do Palin?

That would be considered racist. We are obligated to take his word for it...after all, he IS the POTUS.....

No one in the Lame Stream Media questions why Obama felt the need to seal all of those records. Common sense tells us that there must be some embarrassing information there...like poor grades, Radical writings, missing/incriminating information, failing grades/classes....it does leave a lot open to speculation, which is not good for his "image".

If anything, Mrs Palin seems likely to emerge from the scrutiny of the 24,000 pages, contained in six boxes and weighing 275 pounds, with her reputation considerably enhanced. As a blogger at Powerline noted, the whole saga might come to be viewed as “an embarrassment for legacy media”.

There is another positive to them showing their partisan foolishness.....if they go after Bachmann like they did Palin, they will then be really showing the rest of the world (that has been in the dark or ignoring the years of LSM harassing Palin) that they are totally partisan hacks who hate any female Conservative and will show just how foolish they are. Not that most of the country already knows that, but such treatment of Bachmann would prove it. I think that's why they are trying to "play nice" and not get openly treat Bachmann that way....yet.
