It's probably not news to any of the regular readers of this board - except you, Mink - that Rep. Woolsey has been singularly ineffective in representing the interests of the 6th Congressional district. I guess she's been too busy in her role as a member of the House Progressive Caucus to pay attention to the plebes who inhabit her district. Exhibit No. 1 is the recent press release from Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood describing the $29.6 million in transportation grants for projects in California:
So, the only funding that Our Miss Woolsey bothered to get for her district was for an access road to San Pablo Bay. Is that the highest priority in her district? What about the Marin-Sonoma Narrows?
