when people click on your profile they can see your email addy unless you've chosen to hide it. and birthdate but beyond that no other personal info. go to profile and choose modify to select an avatar or you can upload your own avatar if you choose. since i created the forum i am the admin/moderator by default. i've changed it so it doesn't show and scare people off. don't worry, i won't do anything crazy but it does give me the power to ban someone if they drop in and start spamming (jesus freak?).
we just need to invite the rest of the gang and maybe a select few other folks on over to the new hangout.

Hey all!
Hope it's cool that I've joined up here. I'd prefer inteligent discourse over the vitriol being spread on the PD Forum.
I really liked the old forum, because it was a smaller community of people that, while they had different opinions, kept it pretty civil. Looking forward to some good conversations!
