Source Article.Yep, good old boy Thelton Henderson, Senior District Judge for California. He thinks people who have cost this state in terms of crime, court costs, incarceration costs and more should get free health care. BS, they should have to pay for the health care by working on chain gangs picking our food. If they get caught tainting the food in anyway, it should be on the spot summary execution. Make them earn their health care, like we must do. Wait. Obama can fix this by appointing a new Liberal Judge, like Carter, right? I know, free health care for all, then it won't matter. Darn, taxpayers will be picking up the bill for prisoners and deadbeats, that sucks.

Bolverk, Bolverk, Bolverk...you KNOW that under Barry-boy only the top 5% income earners, and big oil, will be the only ones who pay taxes. And, of course, government money is FREE MONEY that doesn't come from anywhere, it just appears by magic.
I can hardly wait for Barry-boy to get into offce. Why, I expect to get my first 6 pack of Bubble-up and free rainbow stew by 23 Jan, 09 at the latest.
Mmmm...eatin' rainbow stew with a silver spoon underneath the sky of blue. Life will be good. Hell, I may just quit my job and get rich on all the tax breaks and assistance I'll be able to get from Barry-boy and the DNC led Congress. Yeah, free health care, money to pay my rent, money for food, money for utility bills. Yep. It will be great.

Yeah, it will be nice to have my principle reduced on my property and my interest rate adjusted down. I can eat some free rainbow stew with you and the neighbors as we watch all the rich folks drive to work in their hybrid automobiles that will reverse the effects of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere.

Any ban they would enact is going to have to pass the smell test known as the Heller decision. If they incorporated a Feinstein wet dream "turn them all in" seizure of weapons already owned, that is virtually certain to be struck down. Bear in mind that there are a buttload of Democrats elected from the heartland who are very much to very strongly pro-firearms rights. They pass some kind of a ban at the behest of their big city brothers and sisters they know they'll be looking for a new job come the next election.
If they want to ban them going forward, let them try. But if they want to try and seize what is already owned the court fight would be interesting. And I would suspect that such a move, if actually put into an execution phase, could be the spark that sets off a much larger explosion.
I think they have neither the balls nor the stomach to face that.
