Just after Arnold Dr. and Boys Hot Springs intersection as the car turned right into the tree. We were in a long line of cars that were just released with the construction co. using up one lane on the construction of the turnaround. "Dam thing". I watched the air bags deflate. I stopped locked my car walked back to the guy. He was on the phone and said he was ok. Possible cause was the phone.
