The one thing I notice is that Obama is not talking about the Golden Parachutes of the people really responsible for the melt down. Politicians and Government Employees. Does the name Vallejo mean anything? How about the cutting of retirement plans for local people who have already retired on their promised Golden Parachutes.
Government was the problem primarily, not business. To many politicians got preferential treatment on purchasing homes, including the anointed Obama. Just take a look at the retirement any Federal Government Employee gets. I wish I could retire at 55 and get a shadow Social Security payment until my Social Security kicks in. It disgusts me.
