Think what fun if the fool had been "driving" a full sized car.....LOL I noticed the driver of the other car that started to back up stopped, pulled back into the parking spot and decided to stay put rather than become a target.
Just a sample of what California is in for now that illegals get to have drivers licenses. Thank you, Governor Moonbeam.
