Lois Lerner has been subpoenaed to testify again (March 5th, 2014) in the Phony Scandal of the IRS targeting conservative groups. Her attorney has asked for immunity for her to testify.
President Obama has reassured us The American People) that there is "Not one Smidgen of Proof of any wrong doing"...
Ms Lerner after declaring her innocence, (at the advice of her attorney) chose to invoke her Constitution Right of not testifying on the grounds she might incriminate, herself, although she swore under oath that she did not break any laws...

Headline neglected to state it correctly. The headline should state that Lois Lerner will again take the fifth....that's what criminals do rather than confess their dastardly deeds.

I wouldn't think the Committee would have subpoenaed her again to testify if they had resolved the legal question if she hadn't disqualified herself by her opening statement.. Then it's business as usual with the Obama Administration and cohorts.. To lie, stall, deflect the questions, and end any further investigation by an Executive Order, citing Executive Privilege and National Security... All the investigations are only the Republicans lamenting last dying breath of our Constitution. Obama's vision of a New Constitution where Social Justice will be the banner they carry, while creating this country into their vision of a World Order over seem by the United Nations. Maybe that's why Valerie Jarrett brought in John Podesta (and his UN Fairness Doctrine Playbook") as Obama's new adviser in the final two years of his Presidency?...    Kind of creepy.. John Podesta is a big UFO proponent and I have been watching way too much Ancient Aliens... |

Well, basing my judgement on the actions (and in some cases, the looks) of "people" in this administration, I tend to lean in some belief in UFO's myself.......

Funny how those "innocent" criminals in this administration plead the 5th when they "have done nothing wrong". Yeah, right. Lerner needs a "time out" in prison.

I find it ironic how inept Rep Issa and the Republican Party was in not being prepared for Ms Lerner pleading the 5th this second time. Early in the week, Ms Lerner's attorney had said she would testify if given immunity.
Why would she need immunity if she had done anything wrong?
The Republicans are ill prepared to counter the Democrats Strategy (in the courts and in the Elections.) This 2014 midterm election will tell the tale.
One might say their community has been well organized...
