Some of Lake Sonoma water supply now. As they didn't renew their contract with East Bay Mud. The construction of pipe line is going on in the south county right now. What do you know about this?

I've been away from Marin county for about 14 years now. The Sonoma County Water Agency already has a pipeline to North Novato Water District delivering 11.2MGD at peak delivery times... In 2013 North Marin was delivered 7,433 Acre feet
Sonoma County Water Agency supplies North Marin with 80% of their water needs. The other 20% comes from Lake Stafford.
Marin Water District in Corte Madera supplies 75% water from Mt Tamalpais watershed and 25% from the Sonoma County Water Agency.
In 2013 SCWA delivered 5,889.4 acre feet of water to Marin Municipal Water District on Off-Peak hours.
During the drought of 76-77 they brought a water line across the Richmond Bay bridge for emergency use. It seems that the Marin Water District doesn't even count the EBMUD water it gets in the total percentage of water it uses...
I didn't realize that Sonoma County water is now delivered to both main Water Districts in Marin...

Heard that Marin didn't renew the East Bay Mud contract. Wonder if the feds or Brown made it harder to get fresh water.
I don't drive the 101 sense I live in Eastern Rincon, rather drive to Sonoma. It takes longer but to me a ton safer to 37 south of Novato. Don't know if they are putting in new water pipe along with widening the freeway, this is what I heard.
