Please explain how I was wrong when a bi-partisan investigative council found that she in fact DID break the Alaska Governor's code of ethics. Would you not conclude the same, given the facts at the time?

You were wrong because you jumped to a conclusion based on less than a full set of facts, doubtlessly because you felt it politically expedient to do so.
The council did not conclude that. It's investigator, who was put in place by the democrat legislator (no axe to grind there) chosen by the council to ramrod the probe, concluded that. He also concluded that there was no criminal or civil wrongdoing and, as I pointed out at the time and have been corroberated by the personnel board investigation, made their allegation of impropriety under a statute which did not apply.
The state personnel board, the final arbiter in this circumstance, has concluded otherwise and found no impropriety whatsoever.
Now given all these facts, in their totality, would it be too much strain on you to simply admit that you and your fellow leftists were << shudder >> wrong?

Would you not conclude the same, given the facts at the time? Because an independent investigator, whose job it is to determine these issues without regard to party, has concluded she did nothing wrong. So, the council you claim was bi-partisan was wrong as well. THERE WAS NO VIOLATION. But hey, I guess I did not expect anything less. Even when proven wrong, you still think you are right. Tough for you to admit your mistakes?

TBD, you and I can admit when we are wrong. You and I can accept Barack as our President. But, liberals and progressives do not operate from any level of civility or manners. When they are proven wrong, they never admit it.

In fact, that is exactly why Newt Gingrich resigned when he was found to have a mistress and why John Edwards did not resign when he was found to have two. Republicans have standards and Democrats do not.

Making the call based on the information you had at the time.

Not gonna happen.
Ol' Saunterelle has lost his mind today, I am now my brother, due to us having SIMILAR beliefs.
If Saunterelle would PAY ATTENTION he would see I am further to the right than my little brother Bob Dob. Just because we went to the same schools and write similarly does not make us the same.
And as for the third and fourth people you think I am..hahahahahaha I don't know them.

Welcome back Big Dog. Good to see your bright cheery face again.
You and most other conservatives keep forgetting that truth and fact have no meaning, only the revealed Higher Truths of the left have any meaning. The rest is just distraction.

Making the call based on the information you had at the time. Because we were not wrong to go to Iraq. That is why. More then 80% of our Congress agreed that we were not wrong as well. But, we know who you blame and why, as if he was the only one who made the decision.
