This is unbelievable!
I am amazed at two things:
1) That Fox News led people on when they knew full well the Republican VP candidate was incompetent. This shows they value the ratings they garner for their partisan viewpoint more than they want America to succeed.
and 2) That McCain was completely unfit to lead our nation. Can you imagine who he would have appointed to his cabinet? He would have been even WORSE than Bush.
I hope those of you who voted for McCain/Palin realize that if you had prevailed, our country would be one heartbeat away from complete and utter ruin.

Please note that all the "sources" who are trashing Palin are "anonymous". Perhaps, in the interest of fairness, you should read this article written by someone with a pair of balls.... who happens to be a feminist, a Democrat, and a woman. Of all people saunterelle an oh so tolerant leftist such as yourself should recognize the real peril in all this backbiting... which is what it is, really. Coupled with how the Obama campaign and the DNC treated Senator Clinton this sends a message to strong women that, when it comes to politics at the national level, they need not apply unless they want to run the risk of getting "Palined". I'm a man... I sure as hell get it, and it chills me to the core. So, at the end of the day, it seems like that glass ceiling isn't broken after all, and it appears to be made of many layered sheets of ballistic glass that not even a cannon could get through.

No comments on how she didn't know which countries are in NAFTA and how she thinks Africa is a country?
You see, when you live your life in isolated ignorance like she does up there in Alaska with her secessionist husband and wacky religious beliefs, it closes you off to reality.
The McCain campaign knew full well that she was totally unqualified to be VP but they kept her on the ticket anyway. This shows a dangerous disregard for America's best interests, and for you to vote for their ticket and not acknowledge your folly shows the same.

The McCain campaign knew full well that she was totally unqualified to be VP but they kept her on the ticket anyway. This shows a dangerous disregard for America's best interests, and for you to vote for their ticket and not acknowledge your folly shows the same. Well, you are on a roll. But, you are wrong. First, most Americans probably do not know what countries are involved in NAFTA. Or that Africa is a continent and not a Country, unless you count South Africa, which is a country. These do not make her unqualified, except in your mind. If they do, then you must also answer to similar tests of intelligence. Like the fact that the President has zero power or responsibility over the economy. The sole power of the President is in foreign affairs and commanding the military. So, if you voted for Obama to fix the economy, then it is you have voted with "dangerous disregard for this country." Why do I say that? Because Obama has zero foreign policy experience and must rely on an idiot named Biden, who fails to acknowledge when his stupid statements are proven wrong. How is it wise to put this country at risk so Obama can learn about foreign policy on the job?

You're worried about the VP nomination for the party that DID NOT win. Knowing about Africa and NAFTA..... When the guy who DID win has NO IDEA how many states are in HIS COUNTRY!! LOL These are the words of a smart man.......... "I've now been in 57 states -- I think one left to go." --at a campaign event in Beaverton, Oregon - No Seriously you're worried about Palin not Knowing Africa?? BWAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA"Hold on one second, sweetie, we're going to do -- we'll do a press avail." --to a female reporter for ABC's Detroit affiliate who asked about his plan to help American autoworkers - This one is ESPECIALLY telling of how he ACTUALLY feels about women...Palin.."Why can't I just eat my waffle?" --after being asked a foreign policy question by a reporter while visiting a diner in Pennsylvania - No no no THAT IS GENIUS speaking there...OF COURSE HE WANTS TO EAT his "Waffle" (waffle much LOL) and not ANSWER a FOREIGN POLICY question...Cuz he CAN'T with ANY degree of knowledge WHAT SO EVER..."Come on! I just answered, like, eight questions." --exasperated by reporters after a news conference -- SO this "Genius" thinks he has to ONLY answer EIGHT whole questions...and then go on..Break.....Oh oh VACATION perhaps? Sounds smart.."In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died -- an entire town destroyed." --on a Kansas tornado that killed 12 people - YEP a regular old Einstein this guy is...

Max, you're being moronic. Your stupid comments don't deserve a response. Palin's own campaign disclosed her shortcomings to Fox News. It is a completely different situation.
Bolverk, you contradict yourself. True, most Americans don't know who is in NAFTA but the VP is expected to know MORE than the average American. That's who we want to elect, the best and the brightest. Why the hell would you or anyone vote for an average "hokey mom?"
The role of the President is NOT just to command our military and foreign affairs. It is also their job to convey a vision of where they want to take America. They are the spokesperson for all of us. My point is simply that Palin would be disastrous in that role.
Joe, you choose to dismiss this shocking revelation as "leaks by malcontents." Whatever. Your vote this election and your comment show that you live in denial. Thankfully, this time your vote didn't help destroy America like it did the last two elections.

in 00 I voted for Gore. So, yeah, I did "help to destroy America" with that vote.
So, which of the 58 states will Barry visit first after his coronation?
