I see that the left is now urgently telling us that it is time to forget our differences, that we are all just good old Americans, and we need to MoveOn. Funny how the left has ignored that call for the past 8 years, but now we are supposed to just lay back, think of America, and let it happen.
I loved DiFis little talk about the majority party reaching out, but it is up to the minority party to make the concessions. When the GOP held the majority, they were the ones who were expected to reach out and make concessions to the minority. Interesting how the Dems are never the ones that are expected to make the concessions.

History has shown it again and again... the right compromises and gives concessions. The left never has and never will.
We are now supposed to be good little workers, give half or more of our pay over to government and live our lives in tolerance and diversity under the shining benevolence (and control) of the government.
Our founders have got to be sitting somewhere wondering just what the hell has happened, even though I bet they already know. They cautioned against it, in clear and certain terms, repeatedly.

The extreme left thrive on elitism. The world must cater to them, and it is their given right to be arrogant and unwilling to yield. Feinstein and Pelosi are fine examples of elitists. Another fine example of elitism comes from the California state senate... Don Perata.

Randall Hoven hhad this interesting article at American Thinker: See the article for details on the bullet points. The point remains that the Democrats' idea of compromise is for the Republicans to play along. "Be reasonable - do it my way!"
