Your right, it is different. Bush actually used his powers in the spirit of the founders intentions, to commute a sentence, not to allow some scumbag to skate without ever going to trial.

It's different. Bush interfered with a sentence that had been handed down by a jury of the border agent's peers (implying that they did not get it right). Clinton bypassed the court system alltogether with his pardon. Which Clinton did a FEW HUNDRED TIMES....READ THE LINKS CLINTON COMMUTED a BUTT TON of sentences...so I guess Clinton interfered with sentences handed down by juries of peers as well (implying that they did not get it right).................................. And then he pardoned a WHOLE 757 Jumbo Load of Dope Dealers and Smugglers with an occasional kidnapper or tax dodger...feeling I guess they didn't "need" to go to trial... Are you THAT clueless..??
