It is kind of funny how the left treats Rush as if he were a real politician who can set policy. I always thought he was an entertainer with a talk show. Yeah, he is polemic. Yeah, he supports a right wing stance. But he hardly has the power that the left wants to thrust on him.
And, back on topic, this is a clear case of proof texting by the left. Lifting a few words completley out of context. Likely if I put some time into it I could come up with some quotes by Steve that put him "eye to eye" with OBL, Stalin, Hitler, or Pol Pot.
Heck, I could even say that with his Lincoln worship, he agrees with using POWs to clear landmine or as human shields against bombardment.

That is a matter of perspective, you see because if you guys "owned" anything, the Republicans would have kept the WH and still be in the majority in Congress I was struck by one thing, the highest deficit in history. It is true that Bush approved the highest deficit in history, which was pushed through by our congress. However, BHO is set to double that amount with the stroke of a pen. Will you rail against him as hard as you did against Bush? |
