From the op-ed of the New York Post comes this dilly... it's nice to know that someone other than marginalized conservatives and the Wall Street Journal are starting to see the folly that lies ahead.
No one knows if any of it will work... even though the experience of history suggests strongly that not only will it not work, it could fail completely.

First they erected a wall of American flags - 10 of them, to be precise. Hey, if you can't trust the Stars and Stripes, what can you trust?
First up was Sen. Chris Dodd, the Connecticut Democrat who so famously gamed the personal mortgage system to his own advantage.

Now it turns out that TARP was just a down payment: Geithner's plan, when all is said and done, could run to a staggering $2 trillion, including a sizeable chunk of private money.
"Many of the programs I've just discussed involve large numbers," the Treasury secretary said.
No kidding.
Not that Geithner or his fellow Team Obama gurus have any idea if it will work.
