Saunterelle, as much as you are challenged here, I have a feeling they appreciate your input!! I do.... and I respect the challenges made to me by you folks who lean a little to the left. Thats what the "free exchange of ideas" is really supposed to be about. And I enjoy participating in the exchange, even if y'all do think I am some crusty, dragon skinned, moss back eeeeee-vil conservative. All of which is opposed to the general knuckleheadeness that seems to be going on over at the PeeDee board. Where, I notice, just about every folder save for the "Article Comments" has gone largely dormant. Gee, I wonder why. We may have to have a contest to name the "Dolt Laureate" over there... and there seems to be no short list of contenders from both sides of the aisle.

Apparently simply posting anything other than "test" or a few numbers is causing a "trigger words" warning at the PeeDee this afternoon. I tried to make a simple post, with no names, no sarcasm and no double entrendres and it was diverted for moderation.
Could it be that the chunkheads running that board have figured out that it has spun hopelessly out of control?

Not a problem... besides I figured it was nicer than what I usually call the mooks that write for the PeeDee.

thanks for the heads up. Bias only for a good story my ass.
And, Mink, it should be a hot topic for every citizen who values freedom and the protections built into the Constitution. A real shame that the anti-civil rights leftists can't stomach the thought of a free and soverign citizenry.

Thanks, Thebigdog! I consider the second admendment to be one of the most important rights in society. I think you did a great job of arguing your stance in the blog thread above. Great work!

Some people who live in rural areas need them, and some people want them for the home to protect themselves. I can't stomach it though, and I'm completely against hunting.
