my point is that if white voters proclaimed they were voting for candidate X simply because he is white and understands the plight of whites, there would be a huuuuuuuuge uproar. jesse jackson, al sharpton, and all the media would have a field day.
p.s. while WV is mostly white, i don't think i heard any interviews where people said they wouldn't vote for obama cuz he's black. i'm sure there are a few, however. the point i'm trying to make is that more than 90% of blacks are voting for obama. shouldn't 90% of whites vote for mccain? answer: NO. because 90% of blacks can't be for obama simply because of his politics. just like 90% of whites are not for mccain's politics. the deduction: most blacks will vote based SOLELY on skin color, the exact thing they have been opposing since the civil rights days and before!
but this is PC america and descrimination only occurs when it's directed against people of color, right?

I have been told that only white people can be racist, that it is impossible for a black man to be a racist.
I wonder if I am exempt from any sins or crimes due to me melatonin level?
The home of racism in America today is the black community.
Race-hustlers & poverty pimps ala Jackson & Sharpton have convinced blacks that they are an entitled class, & that whites are the cause of all of their difficulties.
"Content of their character" anyone?

"while WV is mostly white, i don't think i heard any interviews where people said they wouldn't vote for obama cuz he's black. i'm sure there are a few, however." Well, you be the judge: youtube.com/watch?v=c-q4MDQ0cDI And the stats show it too: Two in 10 white West Virginia voters said that race was an important factor in their vote, and more than 8 in 10 of them backed Mrs. Clinton, according to surveys of voters leaving the polls. Here's the source: www.nytimes.com/2008/05/13/us/politics/13cnd-democrats.html?hp

Is having an average 90% of blacks vote for BHO racist?
If not, why not?

I think it has to do not only with Obama's skin color, but also with his experience on the streets of Chicago. Black people can identify with him much better than they can with Hillary. They feel that he knows where they're coming from. They will vote overwhelmingly for Obama in the general election because the black vote is usually around 90% Democrat.

Obviously you rely on wacko right wing websites and FOX News for your information. Instead, you rely on wacko left wing websites and Keith Olbermann for your information. No wonder you get smited (smote?) so often.

Gaff, remember that the left uses Revealed Truth, not facts and truth. Therefore, anything on a left leaning site or channel MUST be True and Correct. Anything that is just fact and truth is to be questioned and not trusted. It's all about feelings, not facts.

The statistic says it all.
Black voters are racist voters.
If the colors were reversed, would you not be making the same claim?

"If the colors were reversed, would you not be making the same claim?"
I would not. Black voters are voting for the candidate they feel best represents their interests and understands their situation. In the primary it wasn't the privileged white lady it was the black man who had done social work on the streets of Chicago. In the general election it will be the same. In 2004 they voted overwhelmingly for Kerry (the Democrat) In 2000 it was Gore (the Democrat). In 2008 it will be Obama (the Democrat). How is that racist?
